My name is Victor Alejandro Aguilar. Unconstruct is the home of my personal work, a few musings, and the occasional newsworthy item. At best, this site is a collection of various design and art-related projects I’ve completed over the past five years. At worst, it’s an embarrassing display of how little time I spend outside (aside from the day that photo was taken).

I find personal time and space for “work” to be a bit of a luxury these days. As such, I often gravitate towards projects involving arts, fashion and music whenever possible. I really enjoy working on smaller scale, independent endeavors where the quality of the finished product can be more immediate and the satisfaction more direct. I feel a lot of the end-success rests on how invested one is at the beginning. Which is why I suppose, complete creative control is also a nice thing to have (insofar as self-initiated projects are concerned.) Just saying.
